Shipping destinations

Squishy World offers shipping within Canada, to the United States and internationally, subject to destination availability at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping costs and delivery

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery time varies by destination and shipping service. Please contact us if your destination is unavailable or you need help with shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day unopened returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned because of a change of mind must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact sangeetaklinaku@icloud.com before sending anything back. Include your order number or proof of purchase, the reason for your request, and clear photos showing the item and its condition. For damaged items, include photos and evidence of the damage, including packaging where relevant. We will review your request and provide next steps and return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. The unopened requirement for change-of-mind returns does not prevent you from reporting a product fault or damage.

Refunds and exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Any applicable return or exchange shipping arrangements and costs will be explained when we respond to your request.
